Just wanted to share for any who are interested Smile.

(I love this one, call me crazy)- The Hundred:
Lie on your back, arms at your sides.
Raise legs, keep them straight, at about 45 a degree angle towards the ceiling. Tighten ab muscles and lift head up, pump your arms up and down, inhaling & exhling with each pump. Do 10 pumps, return to starting position. Do 10 sets of 10 pumps.

Altered Crunches:
Lie on your back, arms behind your head. Keep your legs straight out, toes pointed, and crunch.

Pike:
Lie on your back, hands under your tailbone, legs straight out and together. (Move slowly) Raise legs to 90 degrees, and slowly lower.
